Now, I've been advocating the purchase of Kevin Nicholls at Luton for at least 6 months. Ex-Charlton, now with experience up to and including Championship level, I'm more than convinced he could be the one to shore up the midfield, leaving the likes of Ambrose, Thomas etc. to do that which they do best - get forward at every opportunity and create the service that the strikers require.
